About us

Lead Faculty Dr Ashlesha Bagadia is a Perinatal Psychiatrist and Family Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience in mental health. She has completed higher training in Womens Mental Health, Family Systems Psychotherapy and Mentalisation Based Treatment. She has a keen interest in bringing advanced psychotherapy skills to India and make it accessible to areas with limited resources.

To increase dialogue and debate about the problems faced by clients and clinicians while dealing with mental illnesses in an ever changing environment. Our Vision

“We’re all in this together”. Psychotherapy is a challenging area of work. From dealing with difficult psychopathology, to managing family distress, to facing stigma in the community, a therapist never has it easy. TheParc aims to create a confidential and non judgemental networking space that brings therapists together. A collaborative, collective work ethic that encourages therapists to respect different approaches to therapy and strive to protect the interests of their clients.
