Skills Lab is an experiential practice series for specific psychotherapy skills. This session is for psychologists, counsellors and any mental health professionals who conduct psychotherapy.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• Create brief, dynamic case formulations using case vignettes.
• Share formulations with clients in an empathetic manner.
• Discuss barriers to sharing formulations and explore ways to overcome them.

MEET THE EXPERT

Dr Ashlesha Bagadia is a perinatal psychiatrist and family psychotherapist with over two decades of experience in mental health and systemic therapy. She has vast experience in working with personality disorders and has been running groups for around a decade. She is an accredited supervisor for group therapy through the Anna Freud Centre, UK.
