The PARC (Psychotherapy Advanced Resource Centre) builds capacity in mental health by delivering high-quality, multidisciplinary training for mental health professionals, doctors and healthcare workers. Our online and offline programmes make specialised mental health education and psychotherapy skills more accessible and adaptable to Indian communities and bridge the gap of access to quality training and peer support networks across India’s towns and cities.
