We’re inviting you to slow down and reflect on how we show up as therapists, especially when we don’t have all the answers. In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore the core stance of Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), with a focus on being curious and authentic in the room. Through simple, interactive exercises we’ll think about how to sit with uncertainty, stay open, and reflect with our clients rather
than for them.
