Older adults have unique physical, emotional, and cognitive needs. Working with them provides an equal opportunity for growth to both the client and the therapist if you’re willing to listen, learn, adapt and appreciate.
In this workshop we will learn how to navigate the ups and downs of aging focusing on the medical, psychological and social issues affecting older adults.
Through case scenarios we will decode the unspoken and learn how to support our clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
