Revathi Balakrishnan has over 35 years of managerial experience in diverse areas of administration, HR, Public Relations, and accounts. More recently, she was the admin manager of a prestigious school in Bangalore and worked there for over 17 years. Being an expert in formulating and framing policies, she has built and implemented organisational systems, procedures, structures, and processes from the ground up, significantly influencing and shaping the organisational effectiveness and ethos.

She is also a trained counsellor; she conducts workshops on health and well being, life skills, and other customised themes and is a part of the ‘My Counsellor Team’ at Banjara Academy; she runs her own private counselling centre from her home. 

A trained Bharatnatyam dancer, she trains children in this traditional and rigorous dance form.
