Meet the expert

    Nupur D. Paiva is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Associate Fellow with the British Psychological Society and a mother-of-two. She is the lead Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist for Family Tree, a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team in New Delhi, which she started in 2018. She also teaches MPhil students in the psychotherapy programme at Ambedkar University, Delhi.
    For her energy and emotional balance, she likes to dance but unfortunately has poor motor coordination and lacks grace. She does not let that stop her. She is the author of ‘Love & Rage: The Inner Worlds of Children’ and Co-Founder of The Art of Sport – a development programme for girls, using sports and group therapy, which she started with her husband.
