Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) – is a psychotherapy model that integrates ideas from cognitive, analytic and dialogic sources. It is a relational approach that understands people in their context with the surrounding system, and develops a common language across different psychotherapy models.

Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) goes beyond individual/group psychotherapy format and is a reliable framework to understand complex interactions and responses in therapy. The methodology supports work with clients with complex clinical needs.
